THE OUTDOOR SAND RING

LARGE PADDOCKS WITH SAFE "CENTAUR" FENCING

WE HAVE 12 GRASS PADDOCKS, 3 MUD PADDOCKS  & 60' ROUND PEN

• ALL OF THE BARNS AND THE ARENA ARE CONNECTED SO THAT YOU NEVER NEED TO GO OUTSIDE DURING BAD WEATHER.

• OUR FACILITY ORIGINALLY CONTAINED 29 LARGE STALLS WHICH WE CONVERTED TO 27 (enlarging a few stalls).  THIS ALSO ALLOWED US TO CREATE 2 LARGE WASH/TACK UP STALLS EQUIPPED WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER.

THE ARENA

60 Foot x 180 Foot Arena with 4 Doors & 13 Windows that open make it a bright and well ventilated place to ride.

The footing is top of the line Sand & Rubber mixture that has been treated so that it is dust free.

THE MAIN ISLE

Always Kept neat, clean & tidy.  Wide concrete isleway is connected to the indoor Arena

THE LOWER BARN

One of the original barns on the property which has been renovated so that it is also airy & bright.  It houses the heated tack room and the feed room as well as hay storage in the loft above.

THE BACK BARN

Contains 8 Large Stalls with a smaller tack-room.  This Barn also contains a large second hay mow. This Barn is also connected to a fourth barn that is used for shavings storage.
